The university entrance exam for Bachillerato students (PBAU) is an entry test designed to meet entry requirements for individuals holding a Spanish Bachillerato (high school diploma) and is not required to be awarded a Bachillerato diploma. Only those students who wish to take higher education courses need to take the examination.

The exam will cover general subjects taken in the core block of subject in the second year of the Bachillerato programme.
